These are all relatively mild and safe. You can use a blend of three to four essential oils each time. – Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water in the morning and evening, and inhale deeply for about five minutes. This is very effective for dilating the airways, relieving rhinitis, reducing excessive mucus discharge, and strengthening the immune system. – If needed, use three drops of essential oil mixed with a plant-based carrier oil to massage the chest, neck, and nostrils for smooth breathing. Alternatively, you can mix a few drops of essential oil in a 1:1 ratio with an essential oil solution, add it to distilled water, and spray it onto the surface of a mask for children to wear for prevention and soothing.
